Hi folks, our Friday March 14 GAAC meeting will be our annual
astrophotography night.
A group of accomplished GAAC astrophotographers (and one very accomplished
sketch artist) will each show off their craft for 10-15 minutes with a
handful of their favorite images. They'll tell us just a little bit about
each one, with no jargon allowed. We'll see stunning examples of galaxies,
nebulae, astronomical objects of every stripe, even a few you can't see
from Cape Ann with any telescope.
This annual program is always a great time, and of course it's free. We
hope you can make it. There will be all the usual goodies, and an evening
full of stunning photos of impossible things.
We'll be at the Lanesville Community Center
https://maps.app.goo.gl/pntHAopkhrjho6XR9, 8 Vulcan Street in Lanesville,
at 8:00 pm on Friday March 14. Zoom info follows for those who can't make
it in person.
See you there.

Reminds me of the XKCD diagram explaining the Saturn V, but limited to the
1000 most commonly used English words :). https://xkcd.com/1133/
