Just FYI it can be used on non-linear images as well

The preferred workflow for best results is using it in linear (as a
substitute to tracitional deconvolution), but I've been using it on
planetary images that are non-linear 16-bit tif files with surprisingly
good results. I've seen other deep space results from non-linear sources
that looked great as well

Yes, BXT is a fantastic tool.

And to clarify, the reason it is only available for PI and not PS is that
it needs to be used on non-linear images and PS because of its non-astro
orientation would not allow that.

Actually, the perfect final solution... you no longer need any equipment..

FYI, There is a member of the ATMOB who does believe the BlurX is doing
just that, says my images are now just too perfect.. I sent this RC parody
program to the ATMOB as well..lets see if he continues on this "conspiracy"
theory.
