You're right Mario, this is a very powerful tool.
I redid my 2019 image of M51 (which I thought was pretty good), by first going back to the DBE step and then adding BlurEXterminator. The difference in sharpness is striking. I didn't  spend too much time on the other steps. The contrast and color would have been even better if I had.
Before and after images attached.

Phil, Russell says best to use while linear, so use right after DBE. You can later use a mild form at the end but lower the amount I found out. FYIMario

Hi Guys, this new add on to Pix, Blur exterminator is incredible on first attemptI had done NGC1245 last week for Jan Object of the month.Looked OK. I just re processed with first using BluX, and results are astounding. I attached both for you to examine. The stars in regular processing are OK, but by first treating them to BluX.. the stars while still in linear state became much better. stars are sharp, from edge to edge. Also.. note along the left (eastern) side. on blux version 2 galaxies popped into view not seen on the original processing !!wow.
I am going to test on a few others (1 month free trial by the way), but if I keep getting these results this is indeed a game changer.

Hi Phil, one tip on reviewing more closely
On the new BluX image, I would mask the galaxy, and run a noise reduction
for the material in the wave of gas/stars. I plan on doing that to reduce
some minor noise that can occur with this process. otherwise... wow

Yes,  I will do so, having cut corners in a rush to see the impact of BLurEx.
And you are right, I am also going to have to spend some time redoing favorite images that will benefit from this  new miracle

Hi Phil, one tip on reviewing more closelyOn the new BluX image, I would mask the galaxy, and run a noise reduction for the material in the wave of gas/stars. I plan on doing that to reduce some minor noise that can occur with this process. otherwise... wowMario

Phil, keep these images and show them in a Monday session in January

I will do the same on my end

I think we should have a great discussion on blurX in our monthly photo session

I redid my 2019 image of M51 (which I thought was pretty good), by first going back to the DBE step and then adding BlurEXterminator.

The difference in sharpness is striking. I didn't spend too much time on the other steps.

The contrast and color would have been even better if I had.

Phil, Russell says best to use while linear, so use right after DBE. You can later use a mild form at the end but lower the amount I found out. FYI

I had a chance over the weekend to take my time while reprocessing M51 with Pix and the new Blur Xterminator.
As you can see, the improvement in detail is striking. It even sharpened and brightened the two tiny galaxies above NGC5195.I was also able to bring out more of the galaxy's whisps, per John's observation.
I imagine a comfort level with this new tool will develop over many applications.

I am going to test on a few others (1 month free trial by the way), but if I keep getting these results this is indeed a game changer. see attached images for comparisonLets plan on full discussion of this next month monday session, I will prepare comparisons.
